Creative Exercise - Innermost Being
You’ll need some paper & pens/pencils/paint. Start to draw, colour or paint what your innermost being looks and feels like to you. Then draw circles around this - they represent the possible blocks that might be stopping you accessing your innermost being. Each layer can contain words, patterns, colours, collages or anything else you feel works for you.
Look at what you have created - notice the colours, shapes, words used etc. Now let your mind go blank and just focus on the image. What do you feel about it? How does this relate to your feelings about yourself, your blocks and your innermost being? Write down your reflections.
